This is a1964 25C STRUCK ON A 5C PLANCHET MINT ERROR NGC MS 65 QUARTER STRUCK ON NICKEL. THIS IS AN EXTREMELY NICE ERROR. NICE FULL STRIKE. BEAUTIFUL LIGHT TONING IN THE FIELD ON THE OBVERSE. BY FAR THE NICEST EXAMPLE I'VE EVER SEEN.
